I went into the dealership for an oil change and ended up with a new car! I was pleasantly surprised at how much Hany and Emil went out of their way to make my car purchase a pleasant experience. My father and I were treated courteously and with respect. They were both attentive to out needs/budget/situation and were able to work with us to get me the car I REALLY wanted!  

All in all, everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly, however I must extend a Thank you to both Hany and Emil..they deserve recognition for being a great asset to the W. Covina Nissan dealership. Oh and I am really loving my car!
